In the event of any conflict, the terms of that agreement govern.

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided through the Site or by email is informational and non-binding until both parties execute a written agreement. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if requirements change.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of JAIYAH TAYLOR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement is addressed in the applicable written agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
